Healthy ingredient substitutions – Pinner says a great list!! I agree; I'm not diabetic but have family history of it. Over the last 6 months, I've been watching my carbs, fat, etc. and gradually ditched 14 lbs – the right way, no crash, gradual changes (some indulgences along the way). Watching family, I've found diabetic diet very similar to what I've read about Weight Watchers. Logical.
